  • 215,749,451 rows of data in a single Banner database
  • 60,146 system alerts (pager and e-mail notifications)
  • 11,000 nodes on our Cisco wired network
  • 3,095 wireless devices registered by students
  • 2,639 wired devices registered by students
  • 740 Banner users
  • 592 Cisco wireless access points managed
  • 253 Banner users trained in over 72 classes
  • 204 servers managed (12 are "virtual")
  • 49 GB (size of a single Banner database)
  • 41 Oracle databases (total of 544 GB) managed
  • 18 Oracle application servers managed

Center for Teaching, Learning & Technology

  • 1526 technology training video tutorials viewed on VTC
  • 865 computers operated in 14 lab/classroom/public areas
  • 646 Academic classes in Blackboard - Fall 2006
  • 132 class participants in fall term technology training classes
  • 114 iPods used in iPod Grant classes.

Daily Transactions

  • 10,477,654 attacks blocked by the Internet firewall
  • 180,000 email messages (inbound/outbound)
  • 36,326 LDAP searches performed
  • 19,177 e-mail viruses blocked
