New Students

  • Activate your Network Account
  • Set password reset phone number and security questions: https://webpass.richmond.edu
  • Look up your Class Schedule:
    • Log in to Bannerweb
    • Click "Student Services"
    • Select "Registration"
    • Select "Week at a Glance"
    • Find the week of interest by clicking "Next Week"
  • Install UR Mobile App on your phone or tablet.

Prepare your computer for internet:

To register your computer for the network, you will need to download the University required antivirus and the ClearPass agent. Before you do this, make sure to uninstall any antivirus software that is currently installed on your computer.

Step 1. Uninstall all third party antivirus software.

Step 2. Install Antivirus

Step 3. Install ClearPass
