iOS Outlook Setup for Faculty and Staff

  1. Inside the Microsoft Outlook app, tap “Add New Account.” If you have already configured an email account previously, you can add a new account under the settings page. Choose Exchange.

  2. Enter your email address and password and tap OK.

  3. You may be required to enter some additional information. Fill out the fields below as required:

    • Email: your Richmond email address
    • Server: exchangemail.richmond.edu
    • Domain: richmond
    • Username: your NetID
    • Password: network password
    • Description: Exchange
  4. Your Exchange account is now added to the Microsoft Outlook app, and your Email, Calendar, and Contacts should begin to sync immediately.
