Windows Mail Setup in Windows 10 for Faculty/Staff
- Open the Mail App.
- Select Add Account.
- Select Exchange as the type of account.
- Enter your Richmond email address. Click Next.
- Enter your network password and then click Sign-in.
- The account setup will be complete. Click done.
- If you get a security alert for "Make my PC more secure", select the option for Enforce these policies.
The mail setup will be complete and the mail will begin to download.
