Windows Mail Setup in Windows 10 for Faculty/Staff

  1. Open the Mail App. 
  2. Select Add Account

    add account

  3. Select Exchange as the type of account. 

    select exchange

  4. Enter your Richmond email address. Click Next

  5. Enter your network password and then click Sign-in.

  6. The account setup will be complete. Click done.

  7. If you get a security alert for "Make my PC more secure", select the option for Enforce these policies

    enforce policies

The mail setup will be complete and the mail will begin to download.
