Windows Phone Email Setup for Faculty and Staff

  1. Navigate to Settings and choose email+accounts


  2. Tap add an account.

  3. Choose Outlook.


  4. Enter your full Richmond email address and password and tap sign in

  5. If necessary, you may need to fill out some additional information, including your NetID as your username, and Richmond as the domain. Tap sign in and your email should begin to sync within a few minutes.

If you have any issues with the account setup, visit our Exchange settings to complete the configuration manually.
