How to Report Spam
If you have received a spam email, please report it first prior to deleting it. To report the email, it will need to be forwarded as an attachment. Please follow the instructions below and forward the spam email as an attachment to email@example.com. If you are not sure if an email you have received is spam or not, please contact the Helpdesk.
Outlook: click the "More" drop-down that's next to the "Forward" button and select "Forward as Attachment"
Outlook: right-click the message from your inbox and select "Forward Special>As Attachment"
Mail: right-click the message from your inbox and select "Forward as attachment"
Once you have reported the email, please delete it.
