Wireless Blackout Date Request Form

During the summer of 2017, Information Services will be performing a wireless network upgrade. This means that Network Services will be replacing all the wireless access points (AP) in every building on campus. This upgrade will not have an impact on your wired connections.

IMPORTANT: Please help us by working with your department to let us know of any dates between March 13th, 2017, and May 5th, 2017, that your department absolutely cannot tolerate having a wireless network outage in your building. Please fill out the form below by March 17th, 2017.
