Windows Updates
Computer worms take advantage of operating system vulnerabilities. Microsoft does its best to prevent your operating system from being compromised by constantly releasing patches and security updates. These updates must be maintained regularly in order to use the University of Richmond network. During potential worm outbreaks, any machine not updated will be cut off from the network. Please stay up-to-date.For instructions on how to set up your machine to automatically receive Windows updates, select your operating system:
