Security Awareness

Your computer is a target whether you’re using a computer on or off campus. Hackers are often looking for PII (Personal Identifiable Information), bank account numbers and credit card information and any other information they can use for their own gain. It's not just financial-related information they're looking to access.  Once a hacker invades a computer, intruders can use your internet connection, the hard disk, and processor to attack other computers.  All computer users need to understand the constant evolving computer threats and educate themselves in order to protect their personal information and computer systems more effectively.
