| Priority calling—overrides call forwarding | Dial *1 and extension number |
| Transfer calls to someone's voice mail | Press the transfer button on your phone, dial 2555, then enter the extension to which you want the call forwarded |
| Send a message directly to someone's voice mail | Dial 2555 and then enter the extension to which you want to leave a message |
| Bypass listening to a personal greeting | Press 1 |
| Access your voice mail from off campus | Dial 289-8999 |
| Undelete voice message before hanging up | **8 |
| Keep the message light on for messages, even after you have listened to them | **4 |
