Telecom Billing

Billing Schedule

The first student billing cycle starts upon arrival on campus and ends on September 14. The billing cycle ends on the 14th of each month. You are responsible and liable for all call charges to your account. Any errors on your bill must be reported to Telecom within 30 days of the statement date. After 30 days, no adjustments are made.

Students receive a printed bill for the first billing period. It will include long distance charges and any other telecom charges. The telecom bill is mailed September 20 and payment is due to Student Accounts by September 30. Unpaid telecom charges will appear on your student account. The student bill is mailed at the beginning of each month to your home or permanent address. Students and parents should decide who pays for the long distance charges at the start of the semester.

Access Online Telecom Phone Bill

You will be able to view your phone bill detail and any other associated charges from Student Telecom online:

  1. Visit https://teleweb.richmond.edu:8989/phonebill/login.jsp
  2. Teleweb appears
  3. Enter your University of Richmond ID number in the first window
  4. Enter your authorization code in the second window

Payments

Payment due dates are listed on the statement.

Make your check payable to "University of Richmond."

You may send you payment through campus mail (no postage required) or make your payment in person at the Student Accounts Office in Brunet Memorial Hall.
