Enroll In Duo

First, Choose your Duo Option

There are two options available for enrolling with Duo: the Duo app on your smartphone/tablet, or a Duo hardware token.

Most people find using the app on a smartphone or tablet—either to receive a "push" notification or to generate a passcode—to be most convenient. The other option for Duo would be to purchase a hardware token from the bookstore that would generate a code when you need to use it.

Students

If a student has a smartphone/tablet that is registered on the campus network, the easiest option is to use that device by installing and enrolling the Duo App. However, if a student does not have a smartphone or tablet that can be used with Duo, they can visit the Help Desk in Jepson G19 to receive and enroll one free Duo hardware token. Note: If a student wants a Duo hardware token to replace a lost/stolen token or as a backup for their smartphone/tablet, one can be purchased at the University Spider Shop.

Faculty/Staff

If Faculty or Staff wish to use a hardware token, they can purchase one at the University Spider Shop. After you purchase the hardware token, you can either call or stop by the Help Desk during normal business hours to register the token.
