Apple Mail (Mac OS X 10.12) Setup for Faculty and Staff

  1. Go to System Preferences > Internet Accounts. 

    Internet Accounts

  2. Select Exchange.

    Select Exchange

  3. Enter your name, email address, and password and click Sign In.

  4. If you get a message that says "Unable to verify account name or password" enter your NetID in the username field. Click Sign In.

  5. Select the apps you want to use with the account and click Done.

  6. Once you launch the Mail app, your emails should start to download within a few minutes. 

If you have any issues during the setup, visit our Exchange settings to complete the configuration manually.
