Email accounts are automatically created for all students, faculty, and staff during account activation. Faculty and Staff email is hosted on Microsoft Exchange, which can be accessed directly at https://outlook.office365.com or through a mail client like Outlook. Student and Retiree email is hosted by Gmail, and is accessed at http://gmail.richmond.edu. Upon Graduation, email accounts are assigned for life, allowing students to continue to use their email account.

Mail List (Mailman)

The University of Richmond supports many special interest mailing lists that allow members of a group to easily send messages to the entire group. These lists are not related to SpiderBytes. University departments and recognized organizations may request to have a LISTSERV created. More information about Mail Lists can be found on SpiderTechNet.
