Public Folder Subfolder Request

The form below can be used by departments to request new subfolders for their public folder inboxes. By default, individuals that have access to public folder inboxes do not have the ability to create their own subfolders for those inboxes. 

Once you submit the form, you will receive an email once the subfolders are created. Note: Mac users will need to 'subscribe' to the subfolders before they will be visible in Outlook.
