Registration Form

Faculty, Staff, and Students need to submit this registration form if they have a smart device (smart TVs, game consoles, e-readers, etc) that they would like to get network access. Once registered, these devices would then connect to the Richmond wireless network. Please allow up to 1 business day for the registration to complete. Smartphones and tablets can automatically connect to the urwin wireless network.

If you would like to connect your device to the wired network, you can plug in to the Ethernet ports on the Residence Hall Access Points located in each room. 

NOTE: Smartphones and tablets can automatically connect to the urwin wireless network. See below for a list of devices that are known to work/not work on our campus network before submitting this form. If you have a device that you would like to get on the network, but it's not listed, please contact the Helpdesk so that we can test the device to see if it can connect to the network. This list is subject to change.

Before we can register the device, we need to see the MAC address on the network. Please connect it to the Richmond wireless network before submitting this form - this will fail initially, but once we email you that the device is registered, you will be able to connect.
