Workday Sustainment Team Joins Information Services

October 1, 2026

The Workday Sustainment team became a part of Information Services on July 1. The six-person department provides day-to-day support to Workday’s Finance and Human Resources users across the campus.

Jenna Owens, Senior Director of Workday Support & Operations, said, “The Workday team is excited to become part of Information Services. Joining IS strengthens our ability to deliver a seamless support experience for faculty and staff by bringing together the people and technology needed to continuously improve Workday and better support the University’s evolving needs.”

Dr. Keith W. McIntosh, Vice President for Information Services and CIO said, “We are excited that the Workday Sustainment team has joined Information Services. By aligning the Workday team within IS, we will strengthen coordination, enhance service delivery, and adopt a more mature model for managing and supporting our enterprise applications.”

The Workday Sustainment team has published a Workday Roadmap that provides visibility into upcoming initiatives, enhancements, and projects that are expected to have the greatest impact on the University community. It is intended to help faculty, staff, and other Workday users understand what changes are planned and when they can expect new functionality or improvements.
