    Title: Pause, Think, Act
Message: Have you ever been phished? It’s okay, you’re not the only one. Phishing is the most common form of cyber crime, with an estimated 3.4 billion spam emails sent every day. What to do if you think you are a victim? Take a pause. Does the message convey urgency to do something or else something bad will happen? Do you recognize the sender? If you think it is phishing (email-based), smishing (txt-based), or vishing (call-based) do not respond. Block the sender and report the message to the appropriate resource. For more information check UR’s security webpage.
